Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented IT Sales Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a willingness to learn about IT products and services.

Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email marketing, social media, and referrals.

• Contact prospective clients and schedule meetings or online demonstrations.

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.

• Promote Website Development, Digital Marketing, ERP/CRM, Mobile App Development, Cloud Solutions, and Software Development services.

• Prepare quotations and proposals under the guidance of senior team members.

• Follow up with prospective clients until deal closure.

• Maintain customer records and update CRM on a regular basis.

• Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate with the technical team for project discussions.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.

• Good presentation and negotiation skills.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Self-motivated with a customer-focused approach.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (BBA, BMS, B.Com, BCA, BE, MBA, or equivalent).

• Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of sales, telecalling, business development, or customer service experience are welcome.

• Basic understanding of IT services or digital marketing is an added advantage.
