We are looking for a results-driven IT Sales Executive to identify business opportunities, build client relationships, and sell IT products, solutions, or services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technology, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT industry.
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
Present and promote IT products and services to potential clients.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Understand client requirements and suggest appropriate technical solutions.
Coordinate with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams for proposals, demos, and quotations.
Manage the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to deal closure.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools.
Stay updated on company products, services, and IT market trends.
Attend product trainings, webinars, and industry events.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for smooth project execution.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and handle post-sales queries.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field.
0–1 years of experience in IT sales or technical sales (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
