🚀 Hiring: Telecaller / Sales Executive (Remote)

💼 Job Role:

Daily leads ko call karna (fresh + follow-up)
Clients ko website & hosting services explain karna
WhatsApp + Phone pe proper communication
Interested clients ko convert karna (deal close)
Lead data maintain karna (Google Sheet / CRM)

💰 Salary Structure:

Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹30,000 / month
Commission: ₹200 – ₹2000 per sale
Performance Bonus (Top performers ke liye 🔥)

🎯 Monthly Target:

Minimum Deals: 3 per month
Maximum Target: 20 deals per month
👉 (Performance ke basis pe salary increment possible)

⏰ Working Hours:

8 Hours / Day
Flexible timing (but daily reporting required)

🎯 Requirements:

Hindi fluent + basic English
Strong communication & convincing skills
Sales / calling experience preferred
Mobile + Internet must
