Job Responsibilities
1. Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
2. Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective and existing clients to understand their business and IT requirements.
3. Present and clearly communicate the company’s IT products, solutions, and services to customers.
4. Manage client queries, feedback, and escalations in a timely and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Coordinate with technical, pre-sales, and support teams to ensure smooth solution delivery and post-sales support.
6. Consistently track and manage leads, follow-ups, and deal closures to achieve assigned sales targets.
7. Maintain accurate sales records, including visit reports, pipeline status, and CRM updates, in line with company processes.
