Hiring: IT Sales Manager
Experience: 5–8 Years
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month (as per experience & performance)

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented IT Sales Manager who can independently handle end-to-end B2B IT sales. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to lead generation, pitching IT services, closing high-value deals, and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
• Identify and qualify leads via LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, Clutch, and other B2B platforms
• Perform cold calling, cold emailing, WhatsApp outreach, and social selling
• Research target industries, client needs, and decision-makers
Sales & Business Development
• Pitch IT services such as Web & Mobile Development, SaaS, AI tools, automation, and custom software
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable technical solutions
• Prepare proposals, presentations, pricing, and timelines
• Lead negotiations and independently close deals
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Client Relationship Management
• Act as primary contact for clients and prospects
• Build long-term client relationships
• Coordinate with technical teams for project execution
• Drive repeat business, upselling, and cross-selling

• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
• Share insights for business growth
• Identify new markets and opportunities
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
• 5–8 years’ experience in IT Sales / Software Sales / B2B Technology Sales
• Strong knowledge of IT services, software development, and SaaS products
• Proven record in lead generation and deal closure
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Experience handling domestic and international clients
