We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Female Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, pitching IT services (including custom software, web development, and digital solutions), and converting leads into successful business deals. This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic, persuasive, and passionate about driving IT sales.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities for IT services and website development.
Generate leads through online research, cold calling, social media, email campaigns, and networking.
Meet clients (virtually or in-person), understand their requirements, and present tailored solutions.
Pitch website design/development, mobile apps, software solutions, and other digital services.
Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up for closure.
Collaborate with the technical and design teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Maintain records of sales activity in CRM and submit regular performance reports to management.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
1 years of experience in IT sales, preferably in website or software services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
Basic understanding of website development, digital marketing, or IT services.
Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Fluency in English and [local language, if applicable].
Friendly, professional, and client-focused demeanor.
Willingness to attend client meetings and networking events.
