Job Opening: Sales Executive

Location: Sector 17, Rohini, Delhi (Work From Office)

Open Positions: 5

Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years (Sales / Business Development)

CTC: Up to ₹3.0 LPA (Based on Experience & Interview Performance)

Incentive: 5% Sales Commission (Uncapped)

We're looking for motivated and target-driven Sales Executives who are passionate about building relationships, closing deals, and contributing to the growth of a rapidly expanding technology company.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, networking, referrals, and lead follow-ups.

• Handle inbound sales enquiries and convert qualified leads into paying customers.

• Conduct product demonstrations and present company's solutions to prospective clients.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable solutions.

• Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and update CRM regularly.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.

• Achieve and consistently exceed assigned monthly sales targets.

Qualifications & Requirements

Graduation in any discipline is required.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Acquisition.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong ability to build relationships and close deals.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.

Comfortable with telephonic sales, virtual meetings, and client interactions.

Previous experience in SaaS, Software, IT, Telecom, or B2B Sales will be an added advantage.
