IT Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are hiring an IT Sales Executive who can convert Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads leads into clients. The role requires basic technical understanding, strong communication skills, and the ability to understand client requirements, estimate project timelines & costs, and generate quotations for web development, mobile apps, digital marketing, AI automation, and enterprise applications.

Core Responsibilities –

IT Sales Executive / Tech Sales Consultant

1. Convert Meta Ads leads into paying clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, and CRM follow-ups.

2. Understand client business and technical requirements and identify suitable IT solutions.

3. Pitch IT services effectively, including web development, mobile apps, digital marketing, AI automation, and enterprise applications.

4. Estimate project scope, development timeline, and cost based on client requirements.

5. Prepare and share accurate quotations and proposals aligned with client needs.

6. Negotiate pricing and close sales deals within defined timelines.

7. Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure feasibility and smooth project handover.

8. Maintain follow-ups and sales pipeline until deal closure.

Required Skills:

• Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills

• Basic knowledge of web, mobile apps, digital marketing, and AI solutions

• Ability to understand project scope and pricing

• Experience in IT sales preferred (freshers with tech knowledge can apply)

Experience:

• 1–4 years in IT Sales / Tech Sales / Business Development

• Freshers with a strong sales mindset are welcome

Technical Knowledge Requirement (More Important Than Degree)

Even without a technical degree, the candidate must understand:

• Website & mobile app development basics

• Digital marketing services (SEO, Ads, Social Media)

• AI automation & enterprise software concepts

• Project scope, timelines, and costing logic

Salary & Incentives:

• Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

• Incentives: Performance-based (No upper limit)
