Role: Renewal Sales Executive – IT Infrastructure
Experience: 6 months – 1 years
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 + incentives
Responsibilities:
Call and follow up with existing clients for renewals of servers, cloud, storage, or software packages.
Explain renewal benefits, available upgrades, and offers to customers.
Coordinate with technical teams for renewal quotes and timely execution.
Maintain renewal pipeline, reminders, and client communication records.
Build strong client relationships to improve retention and customer satisfaction.
Meet monthly renewal and revenue targets.
Requirements:
6 months–1 years of experience in sales/renewals/account servicing.
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Basic IT knowledge (servers, networking, cloud, backup solutions).
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Graduate/Diploma in IT, Business, or related field.
