Job Title: Account Manager - IT Sales

We are looking for a Account Manager - IT Sales to join our team to resolve hardware & network issues and maintain overall IT infrastructure. This role offers a chance to work in a technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and maintain computer systems, networks and hardware

• Diagnose and fix hardware/software issues

• Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity problems

• Install and configure operating systems and security tools

• Maintain documentation for IT procedures and system updates

Job Requirements:

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in IT sales or account management, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Technical Knowledge: A strong understanding of IT solutions (e.g., cloud computing, cybersecurity, networking, hardware, software) and how they align with business objectives.

• Sales Skills: Strong consultative sales skills, with the ability to build rapport, listen actively, and close deals effectively.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in an understandable way to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Negotiation: Demonstrated ability to negotiate terms, prices, and contracts.

• Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong, professional relationships at all levels of client organizations.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 5 - 6+ years Experience.
