Job description
IT Sales Executive ensures the development and sustaining of new sales leads, contacting, establishing, and maintaining a good working relationship with customers and working closely with internal departments for demand generation in the Delhi. This strategic position requires an enthusiastic and people-oriented professional who will work closely with internal stakeholders to plan extensively and showcase our value addition to the customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive end-to-end sales cycle – from lead generation to deal closure – for software development services, digital marketing solutions, and proprietary software products (including HRMS).
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets through targeted outreach via email, LinkedIn, inbound channels, referrals, and digital platforms.
Leverage lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, and other databases to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Conduct in-depth research on target industries, companies, and key decision-makers to create customized outreach strategies.
Deliver engaging product demos and presentations tailored to client requirements and business challenges.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover and onboarding process post-sale.
Prepare and negotiate proposals, contracts, and close deals efficiently and independently.
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue goals aligned with company objectives.
Keep up-to-date with trends in the tech and marketing industry to pitch the most relevant services to potential clients.
Maintain CRM systems and provide regular reports on pipeline, activity, and forecast.
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (minimum); MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
Minimum 2+ years of international B2B sales experience, especially in software development, SaaS, or digital marketing domains.
Familiarity with lead generation platforms like Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, etc. is essential.
Strong understanding of software development life cycle, digital marketing offerings, and HRMS products.
Confident in client-facing roles with strong presentation, proposal writing, and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication skills – fluent in English (both written and verbal).
Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive).
Highly goal-oriented, self-driven, and capable of independently managing the sales cycle.
Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
