Job Description

Role Overview:We need a results-oriented Performance Marketer who can create and manage high-converting ads for our webinars. Your main goal will be to maximize qualified webinar registrations and convert sales at the lowest cost.Key Responsibilities:Ad Campaigns: Set up and optimize end-to-end ads on Facebook, Instagram, and Google.Creative Strategy: Write high-converting ad copies (text) and video hooks that attract audiences.Funnel Optimization: Track the webinar landing page and registration flow to minimize drop-offs.Data Analysis: Track and report on daily ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and CPL (Cost Per Lead).
