Role Overview
As an Investment Manager, you will be responsible for advising clients on real estate and financial investment opportunities, driving revenue through client acquisition, and managing relationships with high-potential investors. The role blends sales, advisory, and market expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new clients interested in real estate and investment opportunities
Promote residential, commercial, and global property investment options

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field
2–6 years of experience in real estate sales, investment advisory, or wealth management

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of real estate markets and investment products
Ability to handle HNI/UHNI clients is a plus
Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation
Preferred Experience
Experience in real estate consulting firms, brokerage, or fintech platforms
Exposure to international property sales or NRI clients
Understanding of home loans, mortgages, or portfolio diversification
