Investment Counsellor

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Investment Counsellor to join our team at Gurdaspur Dairy OPC Pvt. Ltd. This role focuses on expanding our client base, achieving investment targets, and delivering outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities:

Make cold calls to potential investors and introduce the company’s investment opportunities.

Identify and recruit field-level agents to raise funds from individuals.

Generate leads and arrange unsecured loans for the company from individual lenders.

Build strong rapport with investors and agents through clear and confident communication.

Explain loan terms, benefits, and the company's credibility effectively to build trust.

Handle documentation, application forms, and legal agreements accurately.

Maintain and update daily reports of calls, leads, meetings, and conversions.

Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain good investor relations.

Coordinate with the internal team for smooth processing and fund utilization.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, telecalling, fundraising, or loan coordination preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi/Punjabi/English).

Confident in talking to new people and convincing them professionally.

Ability to work independently and meet daily/weekly targets.

Basic knowledge of documentation and MS Office tools.
