Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Associate – International Academic Partnership to expand IFERP’s global academic collaborations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in international sales, proven experience in managing institutional partnerships, and the ability to drive impactful engagements worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute international academic partnership strategies across multiple regions.

• Generate high-quality leads through outreach, digital platforms, networking, and research.

• Deliver impactful sales presentations, proposals, and follow-ups with institutions worldwide.

• Convert leads into long-term academic collaborations by articulating value propositions effectively.

• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Research, Operations) for seamless partnership execution.

• Maintain accurate records on CRM systems, reports, and communication logs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Marketing, International Relations or related field.

• 3–5 years of international academic or B2B sales experience (preferably in education).

• Strong experience handling global clients and institutional partnerships.

• Skilled in lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM software).

• Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
