Hiring: International Voice – Car Rental Appointment Booking
Company: Intracia Technologies

Job Role: Handle inbound & outbound calls for international customers to book car rentals, provide pricing/availability details, modify or cancel bookings, and upsell add-on services. Maintain CRM records and ensure quick, accurate resolutions.

Requirements:
✅ 1–4 yrs International Voice Process experience (Travel/Booking preferred)
✅ Excellent English communication & neutral accent
✅ Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
✅ Must work from office & bring personal laptop

Details:
🕒 Shift: Night (7:30 pm – 4:30 am)
📅 Days: Monday–Friday
💰 Salary: 2–6 LPA + Incentives
📍 Location: Sanjeevni Building, 4th Floor
