Key Responsibilities:

• Making outbound calls: Initiate calls to potential or existing international customers to promote products/services or gather information. 

• Handling inbound calls: Answer calls from customers, address their inquiries, and provide solutions. 

• Providing information: Clearly and concisely explain products/services, answer questions, and address concerns. 

• Building relationships: Establish and maintain positive relationships with international clients. 

• Maintaining records: Accurately document call interactions and customer data in a database. 

• Meeting targets: Achieve sales goals and other performance targets as set by the company. 

• Resolving complaints: Address customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner. 

• Following scripts: Adhere to established telecalling scripts and guidelines. 

• Staying updated: Keep abreast of product knowledge and industry trends. 

Required Skills:

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to adapt to different cultural nuances. 

• Interpersonal: Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and maintain positive relationships. 

• Listening: Ability to actively listen to customer needs and concerns. 

• Customer Service: Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service. 

• Problem-solving: Ability to address customer issues and find solutions. 

• Computer skills: Basic computer skills for data entry and communication. 

• Sales skills: Experience in sales or customer service is a plus. 

• Language skills: Proficiency in multiple languages relevant to the target international markets. 

• Adaptability: Ability to adjust communication style based on social cues and conversational hints. 

Additional Requirements:

• Experience: Previous experience in a telecaller role or similar customer service role is often required. 

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent is usually the minimum requirement. 

• Professionalism: Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions. 

• Time management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
