Car Rental – Customer Support & Sales (International Voice Process)

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle international inbound and outbound customer calls related to bookings, queries, complaints, and support requests.

• Provide accurate information on car rental services, policies, cancellations, and refunds.

• Convert leads into confirmed bookings by explaining rental features, benefits, and available add-ons.

• Upsell services such as insurance, premium vehicles, and accessories to maximize revenue.

• Maintain detailed CRM records of customer interactions, bookings, and resolutions.

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve escalations promptly.

• Ensure customer satisfaction and work towards first-contact resolution.

• Meet daily service levels, quality standards, and monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in International Voice Process – either Customer Support or Sales.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

• Proven ability to handle irate customers and close sales effectively.

• Comfortable working in night shifts.

• Immediate joiners preferred.

• Cab facility provided for female employees.

Job Details:

• Shift: Night Shift (7:30 PM – 4:30 AM)

• Location: Capital Park, Madhapur, Hyderabad – 500081

• Mode: Work from Office

• Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 (based on experience and performance)
