Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound calls to assist international customers with car rental inquiries and appointment bookings.
Provide accurate details on rental options, pricing, availability, and policies.
Confirm, modify, or cancel reservations as requested.
Maintain detailed records of all interactions in the CRM.
Upsell additional services (insurance, upgrades, accessories).
Resolve customer queries promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with internal teams to handle escalations or special requests.
Meet daily productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
Candidate Requirements:
1–4 years’ experience in International Voice Process (customer service, travel, or booking preferred).
Excellent English communication with a neutral accent.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
Knowledge of car rental or travel industry is an added advantage.
Must be able to work from office and bring a personal laptop.

Shift: Night (7:30 pm – 4:30 am)
Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days)
