About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic International Travel Sales Professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience in international holiday packages and travel sales.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of international destinations, excellent itinerary-planning skills, good customer-handling abilities, and established exposure to DMCs, hotels, suppliers, and other travel partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries for international holiday packages from initial enquiry to booking confirmation.

• Understand customer requirements, budget, travel preferences, and prepare suitable travel proposals.

• Design well-planned and customized itineraries including hotels, sightseeing, activities, transfers, meals, and other services.

• Prepare attractive and competitive package quotations based on customer requirements.

• Coordinate with DMCs, hotels, transport providers, activity suppliers, and other overseas partners for rates and availability.

• Maintain good working relationships with existing DMCs and develop new supplier connections.

• Negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive rates and value-added services.

• Follow up with customers regularly and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

• Handle modifications, cancellations, special requests, and pre-travel requirements.

• Maintain complete knowledge of international destinations, hotels, sightseeing, activities, transfers, and travel procedures.

• Stay updated with new destinations, hotels, products, offers, and market trends.

• Ensure smooth coordination between customers, DMCs, suppliers, and internal teams.

Required Skills & Experience

✅ Minimum 1 yr of experience in International Travel Sales

✅ Strong experience in selling international holiday packages

✅ Excellent knowledge of itinerary designing and package costing

✅ Good understanding of international destinations and tourism products

✅ Strong knowledge and working exposure with DMCs and overseas suppliers

✅ Experience in hotel selection, sightseeing, activities, transfers, and package planning

✅ Strong negotiation and communication skills

✅ Excellent customer relationship and follow-up skills

✅ Ability to convert leads into confirmed bookings

✅ Good knowledge of travel industry operations and booking processes

✅ Ability to work independently and manage multiple enquiries simultaneously

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
