Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Day Shift)

We are a growing organization specializing in real estate sales (Dubai properties & mortgage upselling) and knowledge process outsourcing (KPO) services. We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executives to join our team and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients for real estate and KPO projects.

• Generate leads, explain products/services, and convert prospects into customers.

• Handle inbound queries with professionalism and provide accurate information.

• Maintain customer records, follow up on leads, and build strong client relationships.

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the team’s overall performance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telesales/telemarketing (real estate or BPO/KPO experience preferred).

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English (Hindi/Bengali/Nepali is a plus).

• Ability to understand client needs and offer suitable solutions.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident personality.
