International Telesales Executive

Position: Car Rental Appointment Booking – International Voice Process

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound calls to assist international customers with car rental inquiries and appointment bookings.

• Provide accurate details on rental options, pricing, availability, and policies.

• Confirm, modify, or cancel reservations as requested.

• Maintain detailed records of all interactions in the CRM.

• Upsell additional services (insurance, upgrades, accessories).

• Resolve customer queries promptly and professionally.

• Collaborate with internal teams to handle escalations or special requests.

• Meet daily productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.

Candidate Requirements:

• 1–4 years’ experience in International Voice Process (customer service, travel, or booking preferred).

• Excellent English communication with a neutral accent.

• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.

• Knowledge of car rental or travel industry is an added advantage.

• Must be able to work from office and bring a personal laptop.

Job Details:

• Shift: Night (7:30 pm – 4:30 am)

• Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days)

• Mode: Work from Office
