We are seeking a results-oriented International BPO Sales Executive to generate revenue by selling our business process outsourcing services to international clients. This role focuses on lead generation, client communication, and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced, BPO environment.
Outbound Sales: Conduct outbound calls, emails, and chats to prospective clients to generate leads and qualify opportunities.
Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients, providing information on BPO services and addressing inquiries.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and foster repeat business.
Experience: Proven experience in a sales, tele-sales, or outbound BPO role, preferably in an international context.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and a solid understanding of a BPO's services and processes.
