Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for individuals who have the hunger to generate leads, build client relationships, and achieve sales targets. If you are passionate about sales, digital outreach, and business growth, we’d love to hear from you.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new international business opportunities.
• Generate leads through online platforms, databases, trade portals, social media channels, and market research.
• Conduct B2B lead generation activities and build a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
• Connect with overseas clients through cold calls, follow-up calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and virtual meetings.
• Qualify prospects, understand customer requirements, and convert leads into business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and customer support.
• Support digital marketing and online promotional activities to generate business inquiries and enhance brand visibility.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Good understanding of international sales and export processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and email communication.
• A growth mindset with a strong passion for sales, business development, and achieving targets.
• Strong customer handling and relationship management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• 0-3 years of experience in International Sales, Export Sales, Business Development, Digital Marketing, or B2B Sales.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply.
