Key Responsibilities:
Communicate and coordinate with international clients email, and WhatsApp
Present and promote diamond & jewellery products to prospective buyers
Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients
Achieve monthly sales targets and incentives
Coordinate with internal team for order processing and delivery updates
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales data
Job Requirements:
