Key Responsibilities:
Interact with international clients to sell sponsorships and delegate packages for conferences.
Conduct market research to identify leads and decision-makers.
Make outbound calls and send emails to generate business opportunities.
Update and manage leads in the CRM system.
Achieve sales targets and collaborate with the marketing team on strategy.
Deliver excellent client service and maintain strong relationships.
Requirements:
Qualification: PUC or Graduate in any stream
Experience: Freshers with excellent English communication skills are welcome
Skills:
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Basic MS Office and CRM knowledge
Negotiation and interpersonal skills
Ability to work both independently and in a team
