What You Will Do:
Contact and follow up with prospective clients via inbound and outbound calls (leads will be provided).
Effectively explain Aimlay’s services and convert leads into successful enrollments.
Conduct need-based counseling to understand clients’ educational requirements.
Deliver engaging online presentations and product demonstrations.
Build strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals.
Maintain accurate and updated records of communications and follow-ups.
What We Need:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Outbound Sales, Admission Counselling, or a related role.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
Confident, soft-spoken, and customer-centric approach.
Ability to adapt quickly and take ownership of targets and responsibilities.
