International Sales Executive

What You Will Do:

• Contact and follow up with prospective clients via inbound and outbound calls (leads will be provided).

• Effectively explain Aimlay’s services and convert leads into successful enrollments.

• Conduct need-based counseling to understand clients’ educational requirements.

• Deliver engaging online presentations and product demonstrations.

• Build strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals.

• Maintain accurate and updated records of communications and follow-ups.

What We Need:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Outbound Sales, Admission Counselling, or a related role.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.

• Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.

• Confident, soft-spoken, and customer-centric approach.

• Ability to adapt quickly and take ownership of targets and responsibilities.
