International Sales Executive (Export Division)

We are a leading export-oriented company engaged in the trading of new and used construction equipment. Our clientele spans across various international markets (Like Saudi Arabia, Vietnam, Africa, Russia and South East Asian Countries) and we are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our sales team.

•LOCATION - UDAIPUR (RAJ.)

• EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - 3 Yrs. - 6 Yrs.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead Generation:
- Identify and generate leads through online platforms such as IndiaMART, InfraBazaar, and other relevant international marketplaces.
- Conduct web research to find potential buyers in international markets.

· Client Engagement:
- Initiate and maintain communication with potential clients via WhatsApp, email, and phone calls.
- Understand clients’ requirements in detail and provide appropriate equipment options from existing stock or source from the market.

· Sales Support:
- Prepare customized quotations, share equipment photos and videos, and address specific client needs or modifications.
- Follow up regularly to provide updates and maintain client interest.

· Negotiation & Deal Closure:
- Engage in price negotiations and other deal terms to finalize transactions profitably.
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely dispatch and compliance with agreed terms.

· Documentation & Commercial Knowledge:
- Familiarity with international trade terms like CIF, FOB, and Ex Works is essential.
- Collaborate with the documentation team for smooth export documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in construction equipment or industrial machinery.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge or experience using language translation tools is an advantage.

· Knowledge of international sales processes and Incoterms.

· Proficiency in using CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, email communication, and lead portals like IndiaMART/Infrabazaar.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
