International Outbound Voice Executive

Job Details:

�� Process: US-based calling

�� Shift Timing: 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM (IST)

�� Location: Onsite – Bhopal office

�� Base Salary: ₹18,000/month (Fluency in English preferred)

�� Total potential monthly earnings: ₹28,000 to ₹43,000, based on consistency and quality.

�� Note: This role is non-sales and purely incentive-based on the number of valid forms submitted.

Role & responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to US-based leads and customers.

2. Engage in smooth, fluent English conversations with a USA accent.

3. Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.

4. Maintain daily reports and update CRM with call feedback.

5. Work closely with the sales and lead-gen team to meet targets.

Preferred requirements:

1. Fluent communication in English with a USA accent.

2. 10th/12th pass or graduate in any stream.

3. Confidence and a positive attitude on calls.

4. Willing to work night shifts (US timing).

5. Basic computer and typing skills.

6. Prior BPO/telecalling experience is a plus (not mandatory).
