We are hiring International Chat Sales Executives for our office-based sales team. The role involves communicating with international clients through chat, promoting company services, and converting leads into sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle international clients through Facebook and other chat platforms.
Promote company services and assist customers.
Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into sales.
Resolve customer queries through professional chat communication.
Maintain good customer relationships.
Requirements:
Good written English communication skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Personal laptop or desktop is mandatory for Saturday WFH.
Comfortable with a 100% chat-based process (no calling).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English required !!
