Job Title: Outbound Lead Generation Executive (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM, UK Time)

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outbound Lead Generation Executive to join our growing sales and marketing team. You will play a key role in identifying and qualifying potential leads through outbound calling and digital outreach.
This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility of working from home (WFH) and working from office (WFO) as required.
Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate interest in our products/services
Identify decision-makers and qualify leads based on pre-set criteria
Schedule appointments and follow-up calls for the sales team
Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls and lead information in CRM
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with business goals
Previous experience in outbound calling, telesales, or lead generation (preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident telephone manner and the ability to handle objections
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Basic computer proficiency and experience with CRM tools
Ability to work independently during assigned shift hours
