Role Objective
As a Senior Business Development Executive, you will be the face of the company for our international clientele in the UAE. You will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, consulting high-net-worth clients on wealth management solutions, and maintaining strong professional relationships to achieve organizational targets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management: Identify and reach out to potential high-profile clients in the UAE market to introduce our wealth management and consultancy services.
Client Consultation: Understand the financial goals and wealth requirements of international clients and provide tailored solutions.
Revenue Generation: Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective pipeline management.
Relationship Building: Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and explore referral opportunities.
Market Analysis: Stay updated with the latest trends in the UAE financial market and global wealth management landscape.
Professional Documentation: Prepare and present professional business proposals and reports to clients.
Mentorship: Guide junior executives in the team to help them improve their communication and conversion skills.
Requirements
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales
Communication: Good verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory.
Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred).
Skills: Strong negotiation skills, ability to handle HNI (High Net-worth Individuals), and a result-oriented mindset.
Attitude: Proactive, confident, and a quick learner who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
