# Job Description - Lead Generation Executive (USA Voice Process)

‣ Job Title: Lead Generation Executive
‣ Campaign: ELD
‣ Process: USA Voice Process
‣ Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent | Work From Office

# Shift & Working Days:
‣ Shift Timing: Night Shift (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
‣ Working Days: Monday to Friday
‣ Weekends Off: Saturday & Sunday

# Eligibility :
‣ Undergraduates and Graduates are welcome to apply.
‣ Freshers are preferred; candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience may also apply.
‣ Age: 18 to 40 years.

# Key Responsibilities :
‣ Make outbound calls to potential customers in the USA.
‣ Generate qualified leads for the ELD campaign.
‣ Introduce company services professionally and build customer interest.
‣ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
‣ Collaborate with the team to improve campaign performance.

# Required Skills :
‣ Excellent communication skill in English (Mandatory).
‣ Good communication skill in Hindi (Preferred).
‣ Knowledge of Punjabi will be an added advantage.
‣ Basic computer knowledge.
‣ Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a night shift environment.

‣ Salary 13K to 16K monthly (based on interview performance)
