Make outbound calls to generate leads and promote products/services
Drive conversions in B2B/B2C environments with a target-driven approach
Conduct market research and support pre-sales activities
Collaborate with sales teams for lead follow-up and client onboarding
Deliver persuasive sales pitches and build strong client relationships
Meet weekly and monthly sales targets consistently
Maintain accurate call records and follow-up schedules
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Proven experience in outbound calling, sales, or lead generation
Excellent research and analytical thinking abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Motivated, persistent, and goal-oriented personality
Graduate in any discipline (minimum requirement)
1–3 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or lead generation preferred
Prior experience in voice process (B2B/B2C) is a strong advantage
Candidates with US or Australian shift experience will be prioritized
