Job Title: VIP Product Counsellor

Experience: Minimum 1 Year (International BPO – Sales/Retention/Collection)
Qualification: SSC Pass
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 + Attractive Variables + ₹100/day Night Shift Allowance
Languages Required: English + Hindi (Punjabi speakers preferred)
Shift Timing: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Week Off: 2 Rotational Offs

We are looking for experienced and energetic individuals for the role of VIP Product Counsellor. Candidates must have excellent communication skills and experience in international BPO processes like sales, upselling, retention, or collections (US process preferred).
