Job Description:

We are hiring experienced professionals for our International Voice Process team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in voice-based customer support with a strong background in the automotive domain. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.

• Assist customers with inquiries related to automotive products, services, and technical support.

• Provide accurate information and solutions in a timely and professional manner.

• Document customer interactions and maintain records in the CRM system.

• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary.

• Meet performance metrics related to quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in international voice process.

• Mandatory: Experience in the automotive domain (e.g., auto parts, service, diagnostics, or vehicle-related support).

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts (if applicable).

• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
