Job Title: International Telesales

Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years (in sales leadership roles)

Location: Bangalore



Key Responsibilities:

Making outbound calls: Initiate calls to potential or existing international customers to promote products/services or gather information.

Handling inbound calls: Answer calls from customers, address their inquiries, and provide solutions.

Providing information: Clearly and concisely explain products/services, answer questions, and address concerns.

Building relationships: Establish and maintain positive relationships with international clients.

Maintaining records: Accurately document call interactions and customer data in a database.

Meeting targets: Achieve sales goals and other performance targets as set by the company.

Resolving complaints: Address customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Following scripts: Adhere to established telecalling scripts and guidelines.

Staying updated: Keep abreast of product knowledge and industry trends.

Required Skills:

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to adapt to different cultural nuances.

Interpersonal: Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and maintain positive relationships.

Listening: Ability to actively listen to customer needs and concerns.

Customer Service: Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service.

Computer skills: Basic computer skills for data entry and communication.

Sales skills: Experience in sales or customer service is a plus.

Experience: Previous experience in a telecaller role or similar customer service role is often required.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent is usually the minimum requirement.
