Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven International Voice Process Executive with strong outbound sales experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to international clients, promoting products/services, generating leads, and closing sales while delivering excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to international prospects (B2B/B2C based on project).

• Clearly communicate product/service offerings and value propositions.

• Understand customer needs and offer relevant solutions to drive conversions.

• Achieve or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales and call targets.

• Handle objections confidently and convert potential leads into sales.

• Ensure compliance with quality standards and data protection guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–6 years of outbound sales experience in an international voice process.

• Excellent English communication and persuasion skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly.

• Proven ability to meet sales targets in a high-pressure environment.

• Familiarity with US/UK/AUS sales culture and client handling.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
