Hiring: International Business Development Manager – Direct Exports

We are building our direct export division (separate from e-commerce) and looking for a smart, proactive person to handle end-to-end export business.

Responsibilities:

• Lead generation & customer acquisition (Alibaba, LinkedIn, GlobalSources)

• Convert enquiries to orders (quotations, PI, negotiation)

• Market research & new country expansion

• Export documentation (HS Code, PI/CI/PL, Incoterms)

• Coordinate with forwarders, CHA & logistics

• Maintain catalogue/listings & manage RFQs

• Weekly reporting & strong follow-ups
  

Requirements:

• 3–6 years export sales experience

• Excellent English communication

• Knowledge of machining/lathes/milling tools preferred

• Strong negotiation & independent working

• Fast response, disciplined, ownership mindset
