Job Description:

We are hiring dynamic and self-motivated individuals to join our team as UK Outbound Survey Executives. This is a voice-based, non-sales role involving outbound calls to UK residents to conduct structured surveys.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to UK customers based on provided leads.

• Conduct surveys as per the provided script with accuracy and professionalism.

• Record responses with attention to detail.

• Ensure adherence to quality and compliance guidelines.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

• Ability to handle calls confidently and professionally.

• Must have:

  • A laptop or desktop (Windows or Mac)

  • Stable internet connection (Wi-Fi recommended)

  • USB wired headset (noise cancellation preferred)

• Prior experience in BPO or voice process is a plus but not mandatory.
