Job Summary:
As a Website Consultant, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients via telephone to offer website consulting services. You will play a crucial role in understanding client needs, promoting website-related solutions, and effectively communicating the benefits of our services. This position requires a persuasive communicator with a solid understanding of website development and consulting practices.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Understanding client requirements and identifying opportunities for website improvement or development.
2. Explaining and promoting various website solutions, packages, and services offered by the company.
3. Collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals.
4. Building and maintaining a database of potential leads and client information.
5. Providing accurate information to clients about service offerings, pricing, and timelines.
6. Following up with potential clients to secure meetings, demos, or consultations.
7. Maintaining a high level of product and industry knowledge to effectively address client inquiries.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Development or digital marketing industry.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive and confident approach.
3. Proven experience in tele sales or a similar role preferably in the website. Sound knowledge of website development, design, and related services.
4. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
5. Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving targets.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
