Frantic Infotech is looking for a driven and result-oriented Business Development Executive to support our global expansion across North America and Europe markets. The ideal candidate will play a key role in generating leads, building client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth. Key Responsibilities • Identify and connect with potential clients (Founders, CTOs, decision-makers) via LinkedIn and other platforms • Execute targeted outreach campaigns using LinkedIn and email • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and basic AI tools for lead generation • Qualify leads and convert conversations into business opportunities • Coordinate with internal teams and founders for deal closures • Maintain CRM and track daily outreach and performance metrics Required Skills & Qualifications • Basic understanding of B2B sales and lead generation • Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and Sales Navigator (preferred) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Willingness to learn AI tools and modern sales techniques • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven mindset • Ability to work in a fast-paced environme Working Hours 12:00 PM – 09:00 PM (aligned with US & Europe clients) Preferred Candidate Profile • Immediate joiner • Candidates based in Noida / nearby locations preferred • Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply What We Offer • Exposure to international clients and markets • Practical learning in global B2B sales • Growth opportunities based on performance • Direct mentorship from founders
