Job Description

We are looking for a Insurance Sales Manager to join our team at at Bima Saathi. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Development of POSP (Point of Sales Person)
Promote and enable sales of insurance products (Life/Health/General Insurance)
Manage, train and develop a team of POSPs
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with POSPs and clients
Ensure Business Quality and Persistency Management
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Adhere to company guidelines for business reporting and sales activity management

Job Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in insurance sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to lead and motivate POSPs
Target-oriented and self-driven
Basic knowledge of insurance products
Graduate preferred
