Job Description

Handle outbound and inbound customer calls regarding health insurance plans.
Explain policy features, benefits, waiting periods, and coverage details to customers.
Generate leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable health insurance plans.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Follow up with interested customers for policy closure.
Maintain proper customer data and update CRM records regularly.
Resolve customer queries related to premiums, claims, and policy benefits.
Cross-sell and upsell additional insurance products when required.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for renewals and referrals.
Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance and documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDAI guidelines.
Handle objections professionally and provide effective solutions.
Maintain good communication and customer satisfaction during calls.
Stay updated with latest health insurance products and market trends.
