Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain health insurance plans.
Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable health insurance policies.
Clearly explain policy features, benefits, premium amounts, and coverage.
Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions.
Follow up with interested customers until the sale is closed.
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/dialer systems.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for renewals and referrals.
Coordinate with the operations team for documentation and policy issuance.
Stay updated on company products, offers, and IRDAI guidelines.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Maintain call quality and adhere to company compliance standards.
Attend training sessions and continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
