Job Description:

We are hiring dynamic and enthusiastic candidates for the position of Insurance Sales Executive to be a part of Tata AIG's growing sales team in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell general insurance products to individuals and businesses.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance policies.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and drive customer satisfaction.

• Conduct cold calls, attend client meetings, and follow up on leads.

• Ensure complete and accurate documentation as per company policies.

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduates from any discipline.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confidence in customer interaction and field sales.

• Self-driven and target-oriented.

• Prior experience in sales/insurance is a plus, but not mandatory.
