Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals to join our growing Insurance Sales team at Orizente Multi Cooperation Pvt Ltd. This is a target-based role, ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in sales. You will be responsible for connecting with potential customers over the phone and promoting insurance products.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients for insurance products.

Understand customer needs and pitch appropriate insurance plans.

Achieve monthly sales targets and conversion goals.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.

Provide excellent post-sales customer service and follow-ups.

Requirements:

12th pass or graduate in any discipline.

0–1 year of experience in sales (insurance sales preferred).

Strong communication and convincing skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

Basic computer knowledge.
