Key Responsibilities:

• Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of Relationship Officers

• Develop sales strategies to meet individual and team targets

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client servicing

Qualifications & Skills:
