Inbound Leads Manager
Company: Mr. Insurance (New Startup)

Job Role & Responsibilities:

  1. Call inbound leads and understand customer requirements

  2. Send insurance quotations to customers

  3. Identify urgency and interest level of leads

  4. Manage lead labels in WhatsApp

  5. Add and update leads in CRM system

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 12th pass

  2. Basic computer knowledge

  3. Good communication skills
