Insurance Sales

Job Summary:

We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executives to join our sales team. You will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their insurance needs, and offering suitable insurance products (Health, Motor or general). This role requires good communication skills and a customer focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or cold databases.

• Generate leads from different sources.

• Understand and note the customer's insurance requirements and suggest suitable products.

• Explain policy features, benefits, premium costs, and terms clearly.

• Follow up with leads and close sales effectively.

• Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements (IRDAI).

• Attend virtual team meetings and training sessions as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years of experience in Sales/Tele-sales, preferably in insurance sector.

• Experience in B2C outbound calling is desirable

• Excellent verbal communication and persuasive selling skills. (English, Hindi or both)

• Basic understanding of insurance products (Motor, Health, General).

• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

• Good computer skills; with MS Office and Writing E-mails.

• Ability to work flexible hours based on business needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th pass.

• Multilingual skills (English, Hindi, or regional languages) are a plus

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 0 - 6+ years Experience.
